QUALITY IS LIFE! What sets us apart isn't the "what we do", but "how we do it". Nothing at Winstill just happens. It has all been planned, recorded, checked and rechecked. 

As soon as new project kicks off, our experienced project managers will take in charge of the whole project, they will contact customer to confirm all the neccessary information, including final 2D & 3D part drawings, shrinkage, tooling specification and other specific requirements, thus to ensure everybody knows clearly what customer wants.

We will also provide a detailed DFM(Design for Manufacturing) to illustrate the tooling layout, parting line, ejection as well as potentil molding issues based on the current part design. If necessary, the MoldFlow report can also be provided for hot runner molds.
