MOLD SHIPPING CONTROL

Before mold shipping, we will conduct a final mold inspection covering everyting like mold plaques, cycle counter, KO extensions, water connectors, safety straps, mold fitting print and etc. Our project manager will provide the detailed Final Mold Checklist to customer for approval.

What's most important is the water leak test must be done and comfired good for each mold. No water-leaking mold goes out of Winstill which is the top priority.

Besides the above mentioned, we will always run the mold on press for at least an hour to test mold actions and stability.

After all set, We will apply transparent antirust agent to both mold interiors and exteriors, and wrap it up with PE film, then put it in a firm wooden box for shipping.
